Returns Policy
14 DAY RETURNS
If an item is unsuitable or not what was expected*, you may arrange to return it to us by contacting our Customer Service Team. Costs to return the item/s will be incurred by yourself and not reimbursable by Heating Style. All purchases have a 14 day returns policy. We will replace the goods or refund your payment less carriage costs. This does not extend to consequential loss or damage arising from a defective product or any installation fees. Returned goods must be as supplied condition, unused (no signs of fitting) and packed in the original packaging with all accessories and fittings included. Once returned and inspected Radiators Online have the right to refuse a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
When arranging a return with our Customer Service Team please have the following information to hand:
• Details of the item you wish to be collected
• The reason for the return/exchange
• The collection address including postcode
• Heating Style invoice number
• Heating Style order number
Note: Heating Style charges 5%+Vat of the restocking price given to us by the supplier. Supplier restocking and collection fees range from 5% - 30% of the total order value.
*MADE TO ORDER AND BESPOKE PRODUCTS
Made-To-Order and Bespoke products are specially produced for an individual demand and once acknowledged by Heating Style cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded. Made-To-Order and Bespoke products include RAL Colour/Special Finish items, as well as any other painted-to-order products, pre-filled electric radiators and all cast-iron radiators. If you are unsure of your item’s specifications, please contact us prior to purchase.
DAMAGED ITEMS
It is the Purchaser's responsibility to inspect the goods within a reasonable time. Heating Style will not be liable for damaged goods unless reported to the delivery agent at the time of delivery and in writing to Heating Style within 3 days of receipt. Our Customer Service Team will need proof of the damaged product and any damaged packaging, please send digital images and order details to us via email.
DELAYED ITEMS
Heating Style will not be liable for any costs incurred due to delays in delivery such as plumber or builder fees. We recommend taking receipt of your radiator/s and checking the goods thoroughly before booking a professional to fit. Please contact us on day of receipt with any concerns.
FAULTY GOODS
In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item within the guarantee period, please contact our Customer Service Team in the first instance. Goods need to be thoroughly checked and inspected cosmetic damage and reported before installation. Heating Style reserve the right to refuse a return. If Heating Style are not notified of any damage within 3 days of receipt, it will not be possible to arrange a replacement of the item. To check the period of guarantee of your item please refer to your original paperwork. Further information can be found on our website. Heating Style will not be liable for any costs incurred due to faulty goods such as plumber or builder fees.
INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service Team in the first instance. Goods need to be thoroughly checked and inspected before installation. Once a product is installed Heating Style reserve the right to refuse a return.
REFUNDS
We will process your refund as soon as possible. Please allow up to 14 days for the funds to show in your account after the goods have been collected or shipped for return. We will only refund the amount for the goods and do not refund delivery charges.
Delivery Information
All products are dispatched from their respective manufacturers with their given lead times if item(s) are in stock. All stocked items are held on the UK Mainland. Any out-of-stock items or special orders are shipped from their respective manufacturer’s warehouses outside of the UK Mainland.
Please note: Some suppliers will call a customer directly to organise a suitable working day delivery.

HeatQuick – 1-3 working day delivery
DQ – 1-2 working day delivery (for special orders please see delivery time stated on the product page)
Terma – 1-3 working day delivery (for special orders please see delivery time stated on the product page)
Carisa – 1-3 working day delivery
Please note: If you have any queries regarding delivery lead times and estimated delivery dates, please contact us before placing your order.
- Orders containing multiple items may be delivered separately, as they could be coming from multiple locations. Where possible these will be grouped into one delivery day but this can’t always be achieved.
- All orders received before 2pm will be processed the same day and delivery information will be provided within 24hrs. You will receive an email with these details once available.
- Deliveries to locations outside mainland UK will incur an extra charge and take longer than normal to complete. Please contact us to get a delivery quote before placing your order. We will inform you to the best of our knowledge of these longer delivery times upon ordering.
- Please contact us if you have any issues with a delivery. For example, if you would like to amend your delivery destination, please reply to the order confirmation with the relevant query.
