Functionality:

The SIM towel rail element is a basic, single electric heating element. SIM has built in protection against overheating and is fitted with a bimetal temperature limiter. Device available in a wide range of power outputs up to 1500 W.

Design

The Terma SIM radiator element has a stainless steel housing. It does not have an on/off switch on its housing so it must be controlled externally either by a timer or switched fused spur. A version is available with switch located on the plug.

Intelligent Building Systems

SIM is suitable for connection to external timers and intelligent building systems

Safety

SIM has an exceptionally high degree of moisture ingress protection and is fitted with a thermal fuse to prevent overheating of the radiator.

Do not use the heating element in heating systems where the water temperature exceeds 82 C.
