This towel rail radiator looks good and seems to work well so far.

When I placed the order, I was told that it was out of stock but would be available end of June. I was surprised, therefore, when the towel rail arrived the next day. The heater and fittings arrived separately two days later. It would have been nice to have known that they would arrive separately, but excellent service otherwise.

Brilliant service

Had an issue with Bluetooth not working Terma MOA Blue - Bluetooth Electrical Radiator Heating. This was replaced after providing (practical) evidence that it was not working, which I was happy to provide.
Although the unit was faulty, these things happen, but a measure of a good company is correcting issue like this so hence my 5 star rating. Also contact with their customer service was quick, knowledgeable/understanding & responsive.
